The Exploits Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization representing almost 200 members drawn from various industry sectors including: manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, finance, and education among others. For over 50 years the Chamber has been the voice of business in the Grand Falls-Windsor and South Coast region promoting the needs of our members to all levels of government. Our advocacy efforts in conjunction with the Atlantic and Canadian Chambers of Commerce allow real change to occur for how business is conducted in our region and across the nation. Chamber membership also includes a variety of savings programs and benefits that make doing business more affordable. Ultimately, Chamber membership allows businesses to become part of a network of people united in working together to strengthen the region’s long-term economic vitality, business success, job creation and trade.
Mission & Vision
The mandate of the Exploits Regional Chamber of Commerce is to promote and improve trade and commerce and the economic, civic and social welfare of the Exploits Valley Region.
The greatest asset of any business is your location in a prosperous, growing community and where the economic level is high. The Chamber is involved in numerous activities and is in a constant mode of lobbying, networking and partnering to enhance economic development in the Exploits Region. Your income is derived from activity within our towns which, in turn, benefits from the activities of the Chamber of Commerce.
AGM
In April the Chamber holds its Annual General Meeting and Elections. The event is open to all members and consists of a banquet with a guest speaker, along with the nomination and election of Executive and Board members for the coming year.
Board Meetings
Board Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month (September – June) from 12pm-1pm. Meetings are attended by Chamber staff and the Board of Directors; the meetings are also open to all Chamber members.
During these meetings we discuss issues relevant to the Chamber and our members and receive reports from sub-committees.

Chamber reel
The Chamber Reel is a publication that is printed twice a month and distributed to various restaurants and coffee shops in our area. It contains local information, events, facts and laughs, and much more. The Chamber Reel also gives members an opportunity to place an Ad in the publication and have it run for 24 editions (one year).
